Last Sunday, 2 August 2015, we all partook in an important day in our Salesian Community in Pallaskenry. We held a ‘goodbye’ celebration in honour of Br Lukasz who has been with us for the past year as he did his practical training.
It was at the same time a great and a sad day. For all those who know Br Lukasz, it is easily understood why. His joyful presence always brought happiness and energy to each and every day of the past year. We thank Br Lukasz for his joyful presence and involvement in both the Salesian Secondary College and the Salesian Agricultural College in Pallaskenry, and especially in the Salesian community.
At the same time, we wish Br Lukasz all the best as he now continues with his theology studies in Cracow in his native Poland. His presence in Pallaskenry will be missed, but we will remember him and support him with our prayers so that the time of the theology studies will be an equally fruitful and joyful time for him. Thank you very much Br Lukasz! Good luck in Cracow!
