On 19 and 20 June 2026, the Salesians Milford and Salesians Maynooth hosted the launch of the ‘Salesian Vision and Values’ Workshop, an important opportunity for reflection dedicated to Salesian identity and mission. Presentations were given by Moss Garde, the first Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Salesian Province of Ireland; Bryan Magro, President of the World Confederation of Salesian Past Pupils; Fr Joan Lluis Playà, Central Delegate of the Rector Major for the Secretariat for the Salesian Family; and Fr Eunan McDonnell, Superior of the Salesian Province of Ireland (IRL). The workshop examined the launching of the implementation phase of the new strategic plan-an integrated reflection on our Salesian Ethos and how it animates our works, communities, and collaborations across Ireland and the world.
